These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okdaje ("we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at okdaje.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By completing the okdaje registration process, depositing funds, participating in any game, or by simply accessing any area of the okdaje website, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the okdaje platform and close any account you may have registered.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, bonus conditions, or policies published elsewhere on the okdaje website. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary terms expressly state otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on okdaje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. okdaje does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money game or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be the registered holder of any payment method you use to deposit or withdraw funds on okdaje, whether that method is bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a Bangladeshi bank account.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion scheme — either voluntarily through okdaje's own tools or through any recognised external responsible gaming programme — that is still active at the time of attempted registration or play.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of okdaje or any of its technology or content providers.

okdaje reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, including but not limited to a National Identification Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. If satisfactory age verification documentation is not provided within the timeframe specified by our support team, the account will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be forfeited in full.

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the okdaje platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and balances across all related accounts may be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must notify okdaje promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting the support team via the email address on record.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. okdaje recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact okdaje support immediately.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC involves submitting a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but may not withdraw until verification is approved. KYC approval typically completes within 2 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

All financial transactions on okdaje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). okdaje does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — these are beyond okdaje's control and are your responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the okdaje account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. okdaje may request additional documentation confirming payment method ownership as part of the withdrawal review process.

okdaje processes bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 1–2 hours of approval during BST operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals settle within the same business day for requests submitted before 15:00 BST. Requests submitted after this cut-off will be processed on the following business day.

Deposits made for the sole purpose of exploiting a welcome bonus or promotional offer, followed by an immediate withdrawal request before meeting the applicable wagering requirement, are treated as bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. See Section 5 for full bonus and wagering terms.

okdaje offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, free spin credits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

Welcome Bonus: New players who make a qualifying first deposit of ৳500 or more are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. The bonus is credited automatically to the player's bonus wallet within minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. No promotional code is required. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a 30× (thirty times) wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount received. For example, a ৳5,000 bonus requires ৳150,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus and associated winnings will be removed from the account.

Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Slots (RNG): 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered
• Crash games (e.g., Aviator by Spribe): 20% contribution
• Live casino table games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi): 10% contribution
• Virtual table games (RNG Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10% contribution
• Sports betting markets: 15% contribution

okdaje reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may be excluded from certain promotional offers.

All casino games available on the okdaje platform are supplied by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility information are published within the individual game interface.

RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, instant-win titles) use certified Random Number Generator systems that have been independently audited to ensure genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes. okdaje does not have the ability to influence or alter the outcome of any RNG-certified game.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These games are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the live game interface and are monitored by the live studio provider's compliance team. okdaje does not control live game outcomes — all results are determined by physical game mechanics (cards, wheels, dice) visible to the player via the live stream.

In the event of a technical interruption during a game round — including server disconnection, game crash, or power failure — okdaje will make all reasonable efforts to settle the affected game round in accordance with the game rules and any recoverable game state data. If a game round cannot be reconstructed, the wagered stake for that round will be refunded to the player's real-money balance. This policy applies to both RNG and live casino games.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okdaje platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account on okdaje, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other programmatic tool to interact with the okdaje platform — including but not limited to automated betting scripts, RNG prediction software, and screen-scraping tools.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live casino games, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or display errors to place bets or claim winnings that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through a manifest error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Using funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity to deposit on okdaje.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the okdaje platform, its game software, or its security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okdaje support staff or other players in any communication channel.

okdaje employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, betting patterns, device fingerprints, and transaction behaviour in real time. Where suspicious activity is detected, okdaje reserves the right to freeze withdrawals, request additional documentation, and suspend the account pending investigation without prior notice.

All content published on the okdaje website — including but not limited to the okdaje logo, brand identity, website design, written content, promotional graphics, game thumbnails, and user interface elements — is either owned by okdaje or licensed to okdaje by its content and technology partners. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, scrape, frame, or otherwise exploit any part of the okdaje website or its content for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from okdaje. Personal, non-commercial use of information on the site (such as reading the Terms & Conditions or FAQ) is permitted provided that no copyright or trademark notices are altered or removed.

Game content displayed on okdaje — including game graphics, sound effects, animations, and paytables — is the intellectual property of the respective game studio (e.g., Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and is subject to their respective intellectual property protections. okdaje makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okdaje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the okdaje platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Interruptions to service, server downtime, or platform maintenance windows.
• Errors or delays in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Losses incurred as a result of your gambling activity — okdaje provides a platform for entertainment, and all wagering decisions are made voluntarily by the player.
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction that affect the legality of your use of the platform.

Where okdaje is found liable for any claim under these Terms, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your okdaje account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your okdaje account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal timeframe. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Suspension by okdaje: okdaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other players. In the event of suspension, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any necessary investigation.

okdaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, changes in our service offering, operational requirements, or feedback from the player community. When material changes are made, okdaje will post a notice on the platform's homepage and update the effective date displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the okdaje platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates to payment method lists — may be made without a formal notification. Only changes that materially affect player rights, bonus structures, or account management procedures will be communicated via a platform notice.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable international laws under which okdaje operates, as determined by the platform's licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and okdaje, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance, as the majority of queries can be resolved promptly through our standard support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team within a reasonable timeframe, okdaje will refer the matter to an independent arbitration process under the rules of the relevant adjudicating body as designated by the platform's licensing authority. The outcome of such arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
